Children under the age of 13

Because YNK Rohan Sites and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, YNK does not provide memberships to persons under age 13. If you are under the age of 13, you may not create an account on the YNK Rohan Sites, you may not sign up for any subscription service or buy anything through the online store, and you are not eligible to enter any of our sweepstakes or promotions.
